Ukrainian security and information policy expert, advisor to the Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine (2018–2019).
Overview¶
Yuliya Kazdobina is a co-author of the Information Reintegration Strategy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in December 2018.
In a report at the roundtable "Crimea is Ukraine. Documentary Evidence in the Archives of Ukraine" (February 15, 2019), she outlined the main tasks of the state's information policy regarding the de-occupation of the peninsula.
