Mykhailo Vishnyak

Ukrainian educator, poet, and researcher of the Department of Ukrainian Literature at the Tavrian University; member of the National Writers' Union of Ukraine. During 2003–2005 he headed the Department of Ukrainian Literature.

Mykhailo Vishnyak is a vivid scholarly and pedagogical figure of the Department of Ukrainian Literature at the Tavrian University. The author of several poetry collections, for a long time he led the Ukrainian section of the Crimean Writers' Organization, combining academic work with literary activity.
