Pavlo Satskyi is the author of the scholarly monograph Crimea: The Path to Ukraine, which offers a critical analysis of numerous works on the state of the economy and social sphere of the Crimean Peninsula and the southern regions of the Ukrainian SSR (up to 1954). In his study, the author pays special attention to the problem of forming project management mechanisms in the southern regions of Ukraine and in Crimea under the vertically integrated command-administrative system of the late Stalinist period.
