"Bulletin of the Ukrainian Council of Military and Workers' Deputies of the City of Sevastopol" — periodical, official printed organ of the Sevastopol Ukrainian Council, published in late 1917 — early 1918.

Overview

The publication was printed in Sevastopol at the printing house of Isaac Neyman (former publisher of the newspaper Krymsky Vestnik). The editorial office was located in the premises of the SUC at 33 Nakhimov Prospect. The newspaper was published mostly in russian, while official documents, Universals of the Central Rada, and news from Kyiv were published in Ukrainian.

The Bulletin covered socio-political and cultural life of Ukrainians in Sevastopol, provided information on elections to the Constituent Assembly of the UNR, called for the Ukrainization of ships of the Black Sea Fleet, and published polemical appeals against anarchy and Bolshevik propaganda. Isolated copies of this publication are preserved in state archive holdings of Ukraine (specifically No. 4 of December 22, 1917, and No. 2 of January 5, 1918).
